Terms of Use

Last updated: October 31, 2026. By using massmaniastudios.com you agree to these terms.

The service

MassMania Studios provides a gaming and social platform: free games that run in your web browser, including Mass Mania and The Rebellion, together with social features such as friend challenges, online play and leaderboards, and written guides and information about those games. No account or payment is required to play.

Early access

Some games may be released in early access. The Rebellion is currently unavailable. Features, missions and balance may change, progress may be reset, and parts of a game may be unfinished or unavailable at times.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or its online features, interfere with other players, misuse nicknames or online sessions to harass other people, or use automated tools to gain an unfair advantage or overload our systems.

Content and ownership

The games, text, artwork and code on this site belong to MassMania Studios or its licensors, except for material that belongs to third parties. You may play the games and share links to our pages. You may not copy or redistribute our game code or assets as your own.

No warranty

The site and games are provided "as is". We work to keep them running and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every device and browser will perform the same way.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site grows. The current version will always be on this page, with the date shown at the top. Questions: massmaniastudios@gmail.com. See also our privacy statement.
